Types of Care

Companionship
We believe human connection is essential to well-being. Our companionship services provide emotional support, social interaction, and genuine friendship. Caregivers engage clients in meaningful conversations, games, reminiscing, reading, or simply spending quality time together. Whether it’s a shared meal, a walk around the neighborhood, or watching a favorite show, we ensure our clients feel seen, heard, and valued, never alone.
Medication Reminders
While we do not administer medication, our caregivers ensure that clients take prescribed medications on time, as directed. This includes gentle reminders, helping organize pillboxes, and documenting adherence. This service is especially vital for those with memory impairments or complex schedules. We aim to keep routines safe and reduce the risk of missed or duplicate doses.
Light Housekeeping
A clean, organized home supports peace of mind and safety. Our caregivers assist with light housekeeping tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, dishes, laundry, linen changes, and tidying up. We focus on the areas most used by the client, helping create a sanitary and comfortable living environment that’s easy to navigate.
Mobility Assistance
Maintaining physical mobility helps reduce the risk of falls and preserves independence. Our caregivers provide assistance with walking, transferring, repositioning, and light mobility exercises. We focus on safety and comfort, helping clients move through their day with confidence, whether that’s getting out of bed, using mobility aids, or taking a stroll outside.
Errand Services
Our errand support helps clients and families stay on top of day-to-day needs. Caregivers can pick up prescriptions, handle grocery shopping, drop off mail, or assist with other essential errands. We ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately, so clients can stay comfortably at home while their needs are taken care of.
Post-Hospital/
Rehab Recovery Support
The transition from hospital to home is critical. Our caregivers provide structured support during recovery, helping with daily routines, medication reminders, mobility, nutrition, and emotional reassurance. We monitor for changes and keep families informed, aiming to reduce hospital readmissions and promote healing in the comfort of home.
End-of-Life Comfort
& Support (Non-Medical)
While we are not a hospice provider, we offer gentle, non-medical support for clients in the final stage of life. Caregivers provide comfort, presence, personal care, and family relief during this sacred time. We work respectfully alongside hospice teams to support quality of life with compassion, quiet dignity, and presence.
Personal Care Assistance
Dignity in daily living matters. Our personal care services include respectful assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene routines. Whether your loved one needs minimal guidance or full hands-on help, our caregivers are trained to support independence while preserving privacy and self-esteem. Each routine is tailored to meet individual preferences and physical comfort.
Meal Planning
& Prep
Proper nutrition fuels better health and energy. Our caregivers assist with planning and preparing meals based on dietary needs, doctor’s recommendations, and cultural or personal preferences. From grocery planning to meal prep and clean-up, we ensure clients enjoy safe, balanced, and enjoyable meals, whether it’s a favorite comfort food or a doctor-approved menu.
Dementia &
Alzheimer’s Support
Specialized support for clients with memory loss is one of our most compassionate offerings. Our caregivers are trained in dementia-sensitive care, using proven communication techniques and routines to reduce confusion, anxiety, and agitation. We provide consistency, patience, and supervision, supporting both the client and their family through the journey with grace and understanding.
Transportation & Escort to Appointments
Reliable transportation helps clients stay connected and engaged. We offer safe, door-to-door escort services for non-emergency needs such as medical appointments, therapy sessions, errands, social visits, or even a favorite coffee outing. Caregivers stay with the client throughout the outing for support and companionship.
Respite Care for
Family Caregivers
Caring for a loved one can be deeply rewarding, but also emotionally and physically exhausting. Our respite care services give family caregivers the break they deserve, offering peace of mind that their loved one is in compassionate, capable hands. Whether it’s a few hours or a scheduled day each week, we provide dependable relief and continuity of care.
Fall Prevention &
Safety Monitoring
Preventing falls is a key priority in elder care. Our team performs in-home safety checks and supports clients with mobility and transfers. We remain alert to hazards and provide close monitoring as needed. From safer home layouts to routine reinforcement of safe habits, we create a more secure daily environment.
Travel &
Event Companions
Whether it’s a local event or an out-of-town trip, we ensure comfort, safety, and emotional support every step of the way. From assistance with packing and transportation to personal care and companionship throughout the experience, our caregivers help clients feel confident and included. This service allows families to focus on the moment, while we handle the care behind the scenes.
